The flowers delivered a day late due to mechanical breakdown. The other thing is a the prices are deceptive. You don't know about the handling fee until you go to pay and then your prices are just like every other company.

Don't waste your money. Horrible horrible horrible. Bananas brown, Oranges soft, balance of fruit "NASTY" with cuts scrapes and bruises. This could easly have been put together from the fruits that super markets throw away before opening in the morning. Wish I could some how get my money back. Probably won't publish these notes but have to try to inform others of this scam.

Order was for delivery on 5/11 and did not delivery. Contacted customer service, then showed to deliver 5/13, day after Mothers day. Then finally you supervisor called the delivery company and got it delivered 5/11 after 5PM.

My friend said the flowers are gorgeous! She just had surgery and the flowers really brightened her day.
Don't ever use this service. I used them for mothers day for several years and got decent value for money. In 2019, I placed an order ahead of mothers day and was confirmed for Mothers Day delivery. Then on Mothers Day, I got a message saying the flowers would be a day late. I objected, but they delivered late anyway. Even worse, they substituted a plant of some sort that arrived waterlogged and dead.
These people no longer care about their customers and do not deserve anybody's business.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
