It was easy to understand step by step. I was waiting on the phone call or confirmation email knowing they got it to the location but I never got one. The price was a little steep! But overall it made her happy so I am happy.

I paid for the Premium upgrade and the bouquet didn't look like the florist had added much more then what was in the picture online. I was a bit disappointed in the size of the arrangement after paying for the upgrade. I was happy with the delivery time though.
The order was quick and efficient, It's exactly what I needed.

I got the premium southern peach for $80 and the reason I picked it was for the succulent mentioned in the description. There is no succulent. Also all of the flowers are much smaller than the picture (smallest Lily's I've ever seen), it looks like the basic... not modern. I will not buy from here again.
Beautiful yellow roses
I gave 3 stars because it the price was reasonable, they offered same day delivery within 4 hours. The reason I took off 2 stars is because I ordered Purple Irises with yellow flowers... and what was delivered was not what I wanted, it was three roses, carnations, gerbera daisies and crisanthimums. I was never notified of the change by either FromYouFlowers or the local florist. I called to complain and was told another delivery would be set up (I assumed for that day) and nothing was delivered. I called again and was told they were waiting for a response from the florist. I asked to talk to a supervisor and the lady on the phone claimed she was the supervisor. She promised a delivery the next day and that she would see that the correct flowers would be sent. I waited until 4pm the next day and no delivery. I feel that if someone orders a particular item, that is what should be delivered or some communication needs to be had with the customer. I ended up getting 30% back from my purchase and a $15 gift card (probably will not use because I don't plan to use their services again). I'm no happy with my purchase at all. The photos below show what I ordered and what was actually sent. Not the same what so ever.
Wasnt expecting a $15.00 charge at the end but great. Delivery was good and on the day I requested and from the picture I got everything looks amazing. I live in Nevada and had them delivered to Tennessee. Thank you
I ordered flowers for a sick friend, beautiful white and pink lilies. The flowers haven't even bloomed so she has some green sticks in a vase.
I placed two orders both deliver to my daughters today and felt that a lot of greenery was used in place of flowers and based on what I've paid didn't match what was delivered
It's suppose to be free delivery. I'm being charged $2.99 for same day/weekend delivery. My order is neither same day or weekend and I shouldn't be charged the additional fee. I'm not finalizing the oreder.
It took me well over an hour to finalize my purchase! I was held off until after the cut-off for the next day expired. The 20% off is very misleading.
After all this, I certainly hope that there aren't any problems with the order!

My friends the flowers. However, from my end they were not even close to the picture of what I ordered. I understand substitutions based on locale can be made, but it should still resemble the arrangement one believes they are purchasing.
