The arrangement was beautiful! Although, the florist was not able to provide my exact order, the substitute arrangement more than made up for my disappointment. I'm truly appreciate for the excellent customer service received initially & call back to make sure my request was fulfilled. The recipient loves the gift. I will be using the service again.

Very dissapointed with the flowers arrangement I sent to my son. The day it was received, I was there. Felt very insulted to see what was sent. Don't get fooled by pictures on the website. Local florist with less price arrangement was much better.

I purchased this arrangment for a friend, who just got real bad news from her dr, Just to make her smile. It didn't arrive the same day which I paid extra for. Then when she did receive it one of the flower plants were dead. I expect to be refunded for the extra fee for same day and I expect at least 1 half of the purchase price to be refunded as well.
Not what I saw online when I purchased
It was easy to understand step by step. I was waiting on the phone call or confirmation email knowing they got it to the location but I never got one. The price was a little steep! But overall it made her happy so I am happy.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
