My friends the flowers. However, from my end they were not even close to the picture of what I ordered. I understand substitutions based on locale can be made, but it should still resemble the arrangement one believes they are purchasing.

My arrangement was inappropriate and sad. I ordered a funeral arrangement and specified no pink flowers, only to receive an array that was all pink and embarrassing. An arrangement that might have been OK for the funeral of a Little girl, but certainly not for a 90-year-old man. It' stuck out like a sore thumb, it was so bad I actually went up and pulled the tag off so no one would know it was from my family. I spent $90 and hid the tag. When I contacted customer service and they checked it out they said because I ordered all white that they would give me a $15 online gift certificate, and 30% off my original $90, so it would only cost me $60 to be humiliated. Flowers are for meaningful occasions, and I will never again trust a meaningful occasion of mine to From You Flowers

I saw a picture of the flowers I sent but was not able to see them in person. From the picture I received back from the person I sent them to, the flowers and presentation were above my expectations and looked absolutely amazing!

After all is said and done. I have never been so disappointed and will not be ordering from this company again. The basket was a day late and looked nothing like the description. My honest opinion it was probably worth about $10 way not worth what I paid and the company offered 10% off my order plus a $10 gift card which is about what it cost and shipping handling fees. I will not be recommending this company to anyone instead probably telling them to stay away from. Mary Chambers

It would be nice to receive a photo of the final product since I won't be in attendance at the memorial service.
We originally orderred flowers that looked really nice. They were supposed to be delivered on May 19 but no one was home to receive them. We were never notified of this. My husband called on May 20,2019 and was told they would be delivered today, May 20,2019. I asked if the flowers would be new and fresh. I was told they would be replaced with new. Howeever, when I saw what was delivered, the white flowers looked wilted and the peach ones too. And the vase we ordered was a square vase like was on your advertisement, not round like the flowers were sent in. Im very upset with what we ordered and have to pay for! This was for a death in the family and the flowers were not what we ordered.
