I know type of plants and arrangements are at the discretion of individual flower shop locations on what type of colored flowers they receive etc. And though overall it was a wonderful experience it's just always odd making a purchase of something and having it look different than the picture online. However that's my only gripe. Other than that it's a wonderful service and I use you actually consistently. Thank you for your promptness on delivery.

Flowers look nothing like what I ordered.
The flower should be delivered on May 23rd, but it was delivered on May 18th instead. Disappointed.
The end price with all of the fees was almost double what the original price of the flowers showed as!
More expensive than I anticipated
On the order form, they ask what time the funeral service will be. Given the information, they still delivered after the service was over. Family and friends were long gone. I notified From You Flowers. They offered a $15 gift certificate. I spent $57.97. It was a total insult.

I was not happy at all that the flowers arrived in a basket. The selection I chose from the website indicated a ceramic container. I don't like tacky baskets. This was for a special event at a bank and expected a more upscale look for the dish garden. Also The ribbon that was added was crumbled. Will not use this website again.
I arrange surprise delivery for my husband on the way from seattle Wa to new york on his birthday and i booked all these things 5 to 6 days before his today.and today is the day of disappointment. They charge extra for morning shipment. Despite that they didn't ship in morning neither in afternoon. They spoil the occasion. Thier supervisor can't even reach out the driver since morning. What can say more for their services.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
