Beautiful flowers exactly what I ordered and on time
Ordering is easy but the $14 charge seems too much.
The flowers were nice but did not look like the flowers I had purchased!
The arrangement although pretty was not like the one I ordered.
It was quick and easy to make the purchase however, when I checked status of confirmation, they said the flowers were delivered successfully when they had not even been delivered. I had to call customer support (twice, because I got hung up on the first time) and then I was kept me on hold for awhile. They apologized and said they got a glitch on their system and were calling the local flower shop to make sure my flowers were being delivered. Just a bad experience BUT when the flowers were finally delivered, they were very pretty.

After seeing a J. D. Power customer satisfaction statement on this company's website, I decided to have them deliver a high-end 10th anniversary flower arrangement to my wife's business office. The difference in size, quality and value between the photos of what I purchased from their website and the photos that I sent them of what was delivered would be extremely difficult to overstate.
My wife seemed thankful but a bit embarrassed by the delivery because it looked very similar to a $15 small arrangement from a grocery store. What I purchased was a $130 large size, professionally arranged bouquet.
I've never complained about a floral delivery before but this was so egregious that it warranted the time to express my dissatisfaction and try to warn others. I gave the company an opportunity to address the issue and their response was to send a form letter email offering me a $20 savings on a future purchase. There will never be a future purchase from me.
The funeral arrangement arrived on time and was simply beautiful!

I am always amazed at how crazy expensive flowers are in the US. Where I live - for what I payed there would have been at least 3x more that what was sent. However, it is nice to have this service since I live in the other side of the pond.
