I resent that the "Service & Handling" is not fully disclosed until check-out; PLUS itexceeds the discount. If you really checked, I was NOT the recipient. I have no clue of the quality of the fruit/plant. Again, I doubt I would recommend or use you again because of the "handling" etc. charges. Bmod

The actual arrangement didn't look like the picture. The flowers were the same as pictured, however, the flowers look like they were was tossed in the vase without much thought. Arrangement is messy.
The ordering process is very easy. So helpful for me to order from Australia to deliver in the States.
I ordered a premium flowering plant in a beautiful container and paid the extra to have them delivered in the morning. The reality is that they were sent after three in the afternoon and in a basket rather than the pot I wanted. I called and waited a long time to get a person on the phone. He agreed to refund thirty percent of the flowers and the extra fee for morning delivery and I hope that happens. After reading some of the reviews I am going to call my bank and tell them to refuse any charges from them. They are the worst company I have ever experienced. I just wish I would have read some of the reviews before doing business with them. I can't imagine why they are still in buisness.
Pricing was very reasonable and the bouquet that was received was very full and beautiful.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
