I never worked so hard getting flowers delivered in my life! Sent flowers to my 87 year old aunt for her birthday. Surprise ruined when they weren't delivered that day. I called fromyouflowers.com. They gave 20% discount & said would be delivered next day...but they were not. They had trouble locating the address on googlemaps.com. They had not put my phone number on the order sent to florist so florist could not call me for address clarification. My aunt was very disappointed as she had waited in house all day for them. I called you again and rep gave free upgrade & said would notify florist of it & also tell florist to find street and then find address. I requested florist phone number & called florist & told her the address I gave was correct & owner had lived there over 20 yrs. This time she was able to locate the address by using a different website. It was too late then to deliver so had to wait another day for delivery. Also, florist had not received note from FromYouFlowers to upgrade order to next larger size. So I had to call you again to get the upgrade info sent to florist, then called florist later to make sure they got it. To order, I filled out online form with recipient's and your phone numbers on form. Then you guys sent a different order form that did not include my phone number in case florist needed to clarify something. Therefore, recipients phone was called only. She is sickly 87 yr old living with her daughter who was out of town. My aunt doesn't always answer the house phone because she is very ill and stays in her bedroom most of the time. If you had put my phone number on order to florist this problem could have been avoided. But my aunt said the flowers were beautiful and the arrangement was very big. If I weren't given the upgrade I would never have done business with you again and never recommended your service. Spent a total of about 1.5 hours on phone calling you and florist over a 3 day period. Very disappointed and frustrated during the 3 day process trying to get flowers delivered and upgrade processed thru to florist. Seems there is a communication problem between you and florists. But its over and your customer service did try to compensate me for the big hassle it turned out to be. So I will do business with you again.

When my wife received the flowers there was a spelling error on the card but I realize that it's from the flower company itself. And also the flowers themselves did not look completely like the photo on the website. But they were still beautiful and the wife was happy. I will order again

Flowers were droopy when she got them, but were as pictured. Delivery was more than expected but I figured for flowers to remain fresh it was ok, then I saw them and they looked wilted, so that disappointed me. These were just a pick me up bouquet of flowers for a friend, and If I had spent anymore I might have had her call about them...but she liked them and they made her smile...which was what they were for.

The bouquet was pretty but a bit small for the price I paid. Also it arrived one day early; I had asked for it to arrive on sunday not saturday.

The most horrible arrangement and customer service I've ever experienced! I live in Canada and ordered my mother a bouquet for Mother's Day to where she lives in Florida. The flowers were brown on the edges, the bouquet cost me $80.00 Canadian and had at best 6 flowers in the vase. It didn't come wrapped up, they just placed the vase on the ground at her house! TERRIBLE customer service when I called to complain! Don't order from these people!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
