Good prices and satisfied with the flowers! Great present. Both ladies I bought them for loved them. Good value. Some more rural areas have a higher minimum but it is worth it! The main negative with purchasing is, it is difficult to get off of the mailing list at first. Hoping I can still buy flowers when I want and not be spammed with promo emails. Thanks!

I was told UPS made an error in recipient address, delivered to Shirley Rose one day late, the day she died. I tried to cancel before the delivery and could not. How would you feel about sending to a dead woman wishing her Happy Birthday? Very upset with delivery, feel I should be refunded full price. If not I will not shop with you again and will share your bad delivery if ever asked. Not only grieving for the loss of my sister in law, she never got to see her roses. Jessie Reynolds

Everything was good. Only thing is I paid extra for same day delivery and the flowers arrived very late in the day as my friend was gone from work. Also the service fee was a little high.

I have to be honest, I was a bit disappointed that for $70.00 there weren't more blooms. Based on the picture that my friend sent me, I noticed that there were tons of greens that brought the bouquet to an impressive height but the picture of this bouquet online, seemed much more full. They decide when they want to deliver and disregard your request. Will never waste a dime on them again. Now I have to worry what crap they will deilver

There were too many hidden fees and the price listed was the price WITH a discount so I was expecting to get 20% off after I signed up for the discount. I will not order from this site again. Ended up spending $30 more than expected.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
