All around great experience!
I don't mind the delay in receiving the flowers as we ordered in the afternoon yesterday.
I am very disappointed in the product. The flowers are scant and a bit wilted. The mylar balloon is significantly under inflated.
This was a significant event in our daughter's life and I am sad that it was tainted a bit by a subpar arrangement and deflated balloons.

The flowers my girlfriend recieved was nice but that wasnt the arrangement I choose. I understand that some of the flowers might be a little off but my order was completely different. The one I order was her favorite color but he liked the flowers regardless.

I ordered flowers for my wife for her last day of work for the school year. I ordered at 10 am and put a note in the order hoping for the delivery to be made before 2 pm. The flowers were delivered before 2 pm!

The ordering process was very easy. However, there was a code for 20% off that was automatically put in the box for this, but did not seem to be applied. Unless, of course, I misread the page that indicated the item I ordered was already discounted. I did save $10. I also checked the medium size display of flowers and it appeared to me that when my sister sent me a picture of what she received, it was the smaller size. The delivery was very prompt -- within a couple of hours of placing my order which was great. I did not realize until the very end, however, that I'd have to pay $14.99 delivery fee.
The flower arrangement met my expectation
The flowers were being delivered to a business and did not arrive until 5:15.
