Handling charge is steep. The arrangement did not look very much like the one pictured. The florist skimped on the flowers...very little purple and no green at all. Basically pink and white!

I've now ordered from fromyouflowers.com twice. Both times - Mother's Day and a friend's birthday - they have turned out fantastic! The price is right, delivery on time, and the quality has been amazing!
The flowers delivered were not the same as the picture on the website. I am really dissapointed with your final product comparing it to your website picture. The bow was missing and it was supposed to be two types of roses and just one type was on the final product delivered. Really misleading.

Lot of hidden fees involved here, price jumped substantially and it's a little frustrating that you don't get the listed item for the listed price without the 'Deluxe' Prices.

Did not like the fact that the advertised price was 20 dollars lower than the actual price charged. That was pretty sneaky!

I was unaware of the service handling charges. But so far so good. Due to the he actual size of the flowers, it appears that they were overpriced.
Too soon to tell. Let's see if the flowers arrive today and what they look like.
Mom loved them. I thought they missed the mark. Lots of large (not baby) carnations. I personally do not like carnations but thought I'd try the baby ones. Not many roses at all. Purple cube, not blue. Lots of lily pods, I don't think they will open. Overall, Mom was very pleased at thought they were close enough. I'm wondering about her eyesight. Don't get me wrong, they were pretty. Just wish I could show you the photos that better display the difference.
