The plant basket looks nothing like the picture on the website. None of the plants are blooming. Its smaller with less plants and a cheaper basket. I will not be using your sevices again.

I always use From You Flowers when sending flowers but just got the picture from the person I sent this order to today. Does not look even close to what was ordered. What she received looks like a $5 grocery store bunch shoved in a vase. It's red roses instead of yellow and not arranged AT ALL. Whatever florist fyf used for this needs to be banned!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
