Plant was delivered on time as promised. But overall quality not what was expected. Was supposed to be a dish garden in an antique metal dish. Instead it was in a cheap basket. The butterfly in the arrangement was much smaller than pictured online. Kind of disappointed overall.

Have ordered before & have been very satisfied with both the process and the completion of the order. This order I placed on 5/30 for same day delivery was not what I expected. The flowers were not delivered as promised on that day. They were delivered a day late. This was very upsetting to me because it was a special day. I am not sure if I would use this company again..

My only concern is when an order is modified, it creates another order and adds it to the total. The were sent for a friend's birthday. They arrived as expected and everything was delivered as expected.
Service and handling fee? What a crock?!?!?! From the picture and the price I thought the bouquet was all red roses and was surprised that it was roses and carnations. I saw nothing in a description that said it was roses and carnations. I would not have chosen this bouquet had I known there was carnations.
Pleasantly surprised at how fast they were received. Recipient said they were beautiful.

I was nervous a bit because I was so used to buying flowers the old-fashioned way. But you couldn't beat the overall price 4 the flowers I got and the delivery. The customer service reps were extremely helpful when I accidentally gave them the wrong address. And I love the fact that I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes for erupto pick up the phone and help me out. The flowers what I got to see them we're really good. And this was my first purchase from this site. I will definitely put this in my favorites and order again
There was a typo on the sympathy note. Was a little embarrassing. Florist needs to proof and retype if necessary.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
