What a waste of money and a complete disappointment! I've ordered 20 tulips for a reason - as the person the flowers were meant to be loves tulips in particular. What was delivered instead? 5 damn pink roses, five! Attaching the order confirmation and the reality - what kind of flowers were actually delivered >_<.
No one contacted me to warn if tulips weren't available, no one suggested any other type of flowers for same price instead, nothing! Last but not least, don't trust the prices, they charge you $15 more at the check-out, for a so-called-service

The flowers were lovely but frankly I felt they were skimpy for your best and biggest offered. In fact, I was a bit embarrassed upon arriving at the recipients home for dinner and seeing the actual volume. The flowers were beautiful but there should have been more of them.

I found the perfect gift and the price was perfect as well. That was my earlier response but now that the flowers have been delivered I'm not at all happy. The order was for 1 dozen purple roses and my friend received 9 pink roses. What was delivered did not look at all like what was represented.

The flower selection was very pretty. It looked like yellow lilies, peach roses & some white flowers but I couldn't tell exactly what the rest were by the picture my aunt sent me. Very bright & full bouquet.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
