The roses that were delivered look really wilted and droopy not the fresh bouquet as pictured that I paid for! This was for a 50th Birthday gift and I am VERY disappointed!

I ordered and paid the upcharge for the Lovely Lavender Bouquet Deluxe Edition for my wife for our anniversary in May 31st. Just two days ago. I was very disappointed. She loved the have she received flowers. It was a surprise. I was disappointed because I knew what she received was not was represented in From You Flowers Website. I felt cheated. I said nothing to her about it. Didn't want to ruin our day but, it has bothered me for two days so here I am at 10:47 pm writing the review. Below are pictures. One is a screenshot of the deluxe edition from their own website and the others are indeed I took of what she actually received. The arrangement was terrible and small. Huge let down for me!

It's really hard to answer these questions since the majority of the flowers ordered are sent to someone else so I have no way of knowing just how pretty they are if the recipient doesn't share that information.
It might be useful to have a place to put special ordering information. This delivery is for a guest at the Hilgard House Hotel. She will be arriving on Sunday, and I don't yet know her room number. I assume it would make things easier for your delivery people to have this kind of additional information?

I followed the link to this site because it offered a 50% discount and said that it would automatically be applied to my order - it didn't and when I started the order over to attempt to obtain the discount, it didn't come up - instead a 20% discount code appeared - I added it, it lowered the price - but by the time I completed the process of ordering and needed to hit submit, it had magically vanished and I was charged full price - sure hope the flowers and delivery are what is represented more than the price on your site was
Because this was a gift - I am not sure exactly when it was delivered, but I sensed it was not on the day I was told it would be delivered. The recipient sent me a photo and rather than the pale peachy-pink flowers shown and described in the photo, they received bright orange flowers for their newborn girl
Very easy to order! I sent flowers to a friend who just had surgery and she did not get out when she was expected to so I'm not sure how they look. But i would give high ratings to the delivery store. They called to let me know that no one was home when they delivered. This is the best flower delivery I have ever had! Thank you!

I think putting the service and handling fee on it is just a way to get around free delivery without charging for delivery. I think it is dishonest. The flowers were more sparse than the picture online.

The flowers didn't seem to be as fresh as they should have been. Also they didn't look like the pictures on line. The one I ordered had blue mixed up through the center and when it arrived it had very little blue and what it did have was at the top in the back. The other one was supposed to be shades of purple. It has a lot more pink than purple. Slightly dissapointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
