Very easy to order from this website. Delivery is as expected.
The recipient loved the arrangement, however I did receive an email before delivery saying they had to change the order since the one I chose was unavailable, I would have liked to know what the delivered product looked like. I'm not about to ask the grieving family for a picture, but since they sent me a text as soon as they got them, they must look beautiful. That's the only recommendation I would have is to let the customer know what they paid for. But overall I'm very happy.

I appreciated that the flowers and chocolate were able to be delivered same day. I am out of state from where I sent them so I did not get to actually see the product, but my daughter said the flowers were beautiful and the chocolate brightened her day. I was concerned about it being delivered as it was 97 degrees in TX but evidently, they arrived and were delivered safely. Thank you.
