I placed the order on 2nd June 2019 to be delivered on 4th June, 2019 and guess what ""No Delivery" on the Delivery Date! WOW FROMYOUFLOWERS.COM, you know very well how to ruin someone's special day (slow clap) I am sure there are so many ways to scam people but the way you are doing is phenomenal, first the service charge of $15 popped up on the payment page, okay "paid" then they asked for extra $5 for early delivery which I unchecked as late Delivery was okay to me but guess what its 9 pm and there's NO Delivery yet. Please do not use this third party portal since they just place the order with the local vendor, instead place the order with the local florist in the area. Lesson learnt Hard Way! Hope you guys won't fall in the trap.

The flowers were delivered to my Mother for her 74th Birthday, at her Assisted Living Facility. I haven't seen them but she absolutely loves them. They were delivered in time for the staff to put them on her dining table for lunch and she is thrilled. Thank you for excellent customer service - you made her day!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
