I live in the UK and as my aunt is in a Nursing Home I am not able to check the quality of the flowers. I checked with one of the staff and apparently they are gorgeous and she is going to send me a photo so I can see.
The flowers were not as pictured and were described by someone who was them as "paltry". I realize that sometimes they can't look exactly like the picture but I expected a nice full bouquet of flowers...

I ordered flowers balloons and chocolates for my daughter who had surgery on 2nd June to be delivered on the 4th. They have not arrived as yet but we have received a standard reply to say that contact could not be made with recipient which is unacceptable as she has been house bound due to poor health. Please do not waste your money on this rip off company as once they have your money they treat you with callous indifference.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
