Nice flowers for a sad event
I asked for a birthday balloon and you sent a Happy 21st birthday balloon--don't know why that happened.
I ordered flowers for my daughter. Guess what? She didn't get them! Finally got ahold of a rep. No apology or explanation. Just said I'd get a refund in 1-3 days. So I got on their chat. I was told sorry we couldn't find a florist to deliver in that area. Then why couldn't they notify me so I could order elsewhere. Could gladly take my money but knew they couldn't fulfill my order. Crazy. They'll never get my business again. Sad!
