The last company I tried to do this with never held up their end and nothing was delivered to my mother on mother's day. Some how she always gets the short end of the stick. So I am going this all works out and I can finally trust a flower delivery service again. Orchids were delivered in late morning and are beautiful and minimal petal loss from shipping. Planter was a huge win as well! My mother loves the whole item!
The basket was for Fathers Day and the balloon was supposed to say Happy Fathers Day but it said You're Special. I was not happy with the wrong type of balloon.

2 stars on delivery time because I received email confirmation of delivery at 3:18pm ET, although my order indicated that the service started at 3pm ET. I assume there was a delay between actual delivery time and time confirmation email was sent, but since I ordered the flowers for a funeral service and I don't live where they were sent, I cannot be sure that they were delivered on time.
This was the second time i bought from this company. I dont like the way they packed my fruit basket which is supposed to be a present for fathers day. The fruits keep dropping. And the flowers Ive bought before werent that great. Thanks for the experienced tho. Too pricey for small basket

I sent them to an out of town funeral home so I didn't directly see them. However, when a friend who visited the funeral home texts the day if the funeral and says 'I saw your flowers for...very nice', I feel they arrived as expected.
