My order arrived in a timely fashion. The arrangement was not up to par. It looked like they just plunked the roses in a vase. They could have arranged them nicer with more greenery. The second day, the roses where drooping and not opening. They were for a funeral and I was disappointed in how they looked.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
