It is a beautiful arrangement. The only consructive criticism I have is that it was not tall as shown in the picture online. It also came in a black plastic planter...not the green mossy looking planter that was shown online. So maybe you should put a disclaimer on your website that states what the customer recieves may not be what is shown in the picture. Thank you.
Quick and easy. Please update the PayPal link for guest purchases. It redirects to a page that says I have nothing in my shopping cart, forcing me to have used my debit card.

I This company sells your order to another company. The picture you choose has no Relevance to the product you receive, I ordered a large plant basket for a funeral that looked like 18 inches in the photo and was priced accordingly. What I received was a six inch basket!

Always delivered on time and fresh flowers
It was necessary to call customer service to get a more precise delivery time than was available on the website. This order was a gift and I needed to be sure the recipient would be home. It did arrive shortly after the approximate time I was told. I do think the handling charges which are added in addition to the delivery charges are quite high. The total cost of the purchase was almost 50% higher than the cost of the arrangement alone.
This is my 3rd time ordering from you and have not been disappointed yet. Please keep up the great job!
