Disappointed. I chose the specific bouquet because of the sunflowers (my daughter's favorite flower). The flowers were not delivered on the date requested. In addition dark carnations were substituted for the sunflowers. She had passed a very important test for her career and I wanted her to know I remembered her favorite flower. The notifications of late delivery and substitution were appreciated. Refunding the $2.99 delivery charge is not adequate.

I paid for the premium basket! The basket had Clover Valley items. Those are dollar store items. I paid for a premium basket not a dollar store basket! I spent $85 dollars for a basket and a balloon and ended up with basket that's not even worth $20. I'm very upset and will not order from you again. Thank you for delivering a crappy birthday basket.

It is a beautiful arrangement. The only consructive criticism I have is that it was not tall as shown in the picture online. It also came in a black plastic planter...not the green mossy looking planter that was shown online. So maybe you should put a disclaimer on your website that states what the customer recieves may not be what is shown in the picture. Thank you.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
