The flowers did not come in the pot that I selected and did not look like the picture - although the recipient was pleased it did not look like what I ordered.

Easy to place an order.
The tracking tool on your website does not update. First time I called, and pressed existing order, it said that it was on time for delivery. I checked throughout the day on the website with no update. When I got home and checked tracking, still no update and I called and pressed 1 for place an order. It was only then that I was told that it was delivered around 1:20 - 1:30 or so by ups. UPS site indicated that it was left at front door - don't know whether that meant apartment door or door of building to get in. I have not been able to check with recipients as they are at funeral today and I was not going to call last night.

I received flowers and there was no signature. Called to see who send them and they refuse to give any info per their privacy policy. Who is protecting the recipient? To allow stalking behavior is ridiculous.
Flowers were ordered for a birthday - Delivery was never made. For two days the company kept promising that the delivery would be made "soon". Terrible service.

A little hard to get through.
I ordered the premium size arrangement, not what I recieved. This was for my daughter's 23rd birthday. I am very disappointed in the product that I received. It is very sparse with the flowers, you can see the green sponge flower holder on the entire cake. There were only three bows that were not tied like bows, it appears that one side of the cake isn't complete. The vendor that created this placed it on a white plate, no lace like the picture so you can see the green sponge flower holder all the way around. The flowers on top should have been smaller, she placed a few large flowers on top again not like the picture at all. The candles were three white Hanukah candles, not Birthday candles. I have picture but not sure how to upload to your site. Very disappointed. Your company was pleasant to deal with, the vendor you chose is not a good representation for you at all. Please make this better.
