Process was very quick and easy
Offered free delivery and that made a difference in my decision. It made my Grandma's day, she said the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. The price was right and the short notice free delivery was also a plus. Didn't mind paying the $2.99 fee for next day delivery. Always use your company for flowers and will continue in the future.
The online experience was okay. I need to see the flowers to make a final decision. They were delivered today but I won't see them until Saturday so I will make my assessment then

It took longer than the four hours to deliver that was claimed on the site, but was still delivered same day. Also, the delivered bouquet looked noticeably different than the one ordered off the website, which was a bit disappointing. Still, overall I would use fromyouflowers.com again.
Fast easy and accurate
The flowers are very beautifully, my daughter loved them. However, they were delivered a day late with no explanation as to why. They were delivered the next day but they were not identical to what I ordered. The roses were dark pink, but the other flowers were white, not a lighter pink as advertised. However, as I said before, my daughter loves them and said they smell lovely.

The succulent arrangement ended up being just one plant dropped into a bowl and the second plant is not what I order. The color is close to the three I selected I guess, but the flowers are not Cyclamen. I do not think I will be using this service again for the price I paid and the deluxe cost I did not get what I paid for and expected.
