The flower arrangements seem beautiful but there has to be a way to just fill out the information once for an order containing multiple arrangements instead of repeating the info for each one. It is extremely redundant. You would have gotten 5 stars otherwise.
Update: I was charged twice for my order but the customer service was Excellent and reversed the charges. I was also very pleased with the delivery time and communication. However being a millennial (32 yrs old) and living in the era of Amazon, I make purchases online frequently and I find the process intuitive and frictionless and that is one of the reasons they thrive. Your online process needs to be improved upon. Ordering multiple arrangements of flowers to be delivered at a set time and for a reasonable price should not cost me a great deal of time and energy. Otherwise, your product was excellent and so was your live customer service.

Appreciate the delivery discount on my first order. Ordered after I was offered a the discount. Order delivered right on time on Saturday (which I paid extra for). Long stem roses were beautiful...one rose was soft and limp but the other 11 were good. The care instructions and the gift card had more of a quality look than most services we've used in the past. And the company seems to care very much about customer satisfaction in case you have a problem. Not perfect, but I'd order again from them.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
