Love and very beautiful flowers
FUF was the only service I contacted that would deliver on a Sunday. The memorial service was packed with about four small bouquets arranged neatly on a table next to the absolutely beautiful white flower arrangement on it's own stand that I ordered. It was far more beautiful than the online photograph! I was stunned when I saw it and filled with satisfaction when the family thanked me profusely afterwards. I had to take photos to remember the moment. Thank you so much FYF! You have a customer for life!

What we ordered was not what was delivered. We ordered the Chips, Candy and more gift basket. There was only candy. 9 small boxes to be exact. $60.00 for you to deliver a ballon and 9 boxes of candy seems a bit overpriced.

I paid extra to have them delivered before 12:00pm and they didn't deliver them until 3:00pm

The flowers arrived within the designated time frame, but the price was a little steep for the product received.
Came a day early and since they were delivered to a funeral home out of state I called the funeral home to confirm delivery and was told the spray was very nice. This puts my mind at ease since I have 2 different sprays being delivered in a few weeks for my mom's funeral.

The product I received was nothing like I ordered and was very disappointing in size and presentation. I should have ordered a dozen purple roses instead of what I received and been more satisfied. I am considering no longer ordering from your firm.

Online ordering was quick & easy. The item ordered was (premium) Dish Garden with Fresh Cuts; PICTURE showed green foliage, blooming plant and fresh cut flowers. However, garden dish that arrived only had 3 plants, NO blooming plant, NO fresh cut flowers. Extremely disappointed & dissatisfied! I supposedly have a discount on my next order would like to request that be applied to my credit card.

It was quick and easy to order. I ordered them to be delivered 6/23 but they came on 6/22. If you were not available for delivery on Sundays the company should state that it's going to delivery early. I was disappointed that it got there too soon.
This thing about contact us within 24 to 48 hours if flowers you say were delivered don't seem to have been delivered: a bit murky. This was a gift, and so I had to "chase down" my sister after surgery to ask her if she'd received her flowers after you've emailed that they'd been received.
Maybe issue in part is that she lives in a convent with 80 Sisters and perhaps the flowers were sent elsewhere rather than to her room in their infirmary. Some day I'll ask her.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
