I was taken by surprise by the handling fee!
The flowers I saw online were beautiful. The flowers I saw at the funeral I was ashamed of, they were not lilies but white roses which were not opened up, at the visitation I was embarrassed I could have picked flowers on my own and stuck them in a vase and they would have looked better. The next day at the funeral they looked a little better as they had opened up some. I will not be making another purchase.
A did not get the yellow rose plant. But my sister liked the plant that she got. So it's okay.

The delivery was late by one day product was what ordered but it looks like the flowers will die soon from being out of water for so long? Little disappointed with the vase I paid for, it was just a waterproof piece of paper for 12.99...

Hi, The flowers that were used and arranged was not what I was expecting. I have had flowers done at Stop and Shop and paid around $22.00 verses your flowers (only) total of $31.99, and they were much nicer and were better arranged. My Aunt was happy to receive them but I will not use this service again. Thank you,
