Fast and easy, the service has been good each time I've used it. This time I ordered a gourmet fruit and snack basket, but was extremely disappointed at the products I received for a cost north of $90. The image included a variety of apples and instead the basket included a pineapple and 3 kiwi fruit which the recipient does not eat. There was a single small block of cheese, a box of Keebler crackers, and some Pirouette snack sticks. This is not worth $30 and I paid $93. Very disappointed. They need to improve the website selection process and give more details of the basket contents before you commit to payment.

I primarily use From Your Flowers a few times a year for flower orders. This last order we went with Florist Choice and we weren't very pleased with the quality of the flowers...lots of cheap carnations and there were two roses which wilted heavily overnight as they were already in bad shape. I know this is more on the Florist vs. From You Flowers but I wish there was a way to better guarantee quality when we use that option, which should be an opportunity for the florist to be creative and use their stock vs. getting rid of old stuff.

100% impressed! Same-day delivery flowers and balloons was so fast! My mother called me to thank me in less than 3 hours, and the flowers were so fresh and beautiful. I live 3 hours away from my mother & I was going to order her flowers for her 60th weeks ago because I knew I couldn't be there. Unfortunately life got in the way and ordering ahead of time slipped my mind. I was unsure about the same day delivery about how it would turn out but this website with the local delivery blew me away. I will definitely be recommending and ordering from fromyouflowers.com again. EXCELLENT JOB!

This place is terrible and a scam. I place an order for a same day delivery then was sent an email saying it would be delivered the following day. I then called and asked to cancel the order and was promised a 20% refund, an upgraded arrangement, and that it would be delivered tomorrow morning. The next morning I called back because of course no flowers and they said it would be delivered by 3:00. At 3:30 I called back and was told it would be delivered the next day. I said no and to give me my money back. They kept trying to negotiate and finally agreed to return my money. I called my bank to alert them and am waiting on the refund.

At first,I did not complete my order because the product was $23 and then when the final bill was tabulated it was $43. That was a huge difference so I did not complete my order. I then got an email later and said if you complete your order we will illuminate the $15 shipping charge. So the next day I completed my order. Thank you. I do not like it when companies tell you the price of the flowers And then right before you click the payment the price goes up significantly. I am not sure if my friend receive the flowers or what they look like but I trust they will be good. I have used your company before and people have said they like the flowers.
