I was very disappointed in the arrangement that you sent for my Uncle Chuy's funeral. They were sent to the mortuary today for the rosary at 5:00 pm. The flowers were brown and wilted. Even the unopened pods were brown on the edges too. Our flowers were the saddest looking arrangement there. It was quite an embarrassment. I took a photo of them if a manager wants to see what I'm talking about.
I sent a beautiful arrangement of red roses and carnations. I picked the mid grade quality it wasn't cheap for this time of year. When I saw the flowers I was insulted, imagine the receiving end. I was embarrassed what I had sent. First of all there was only 10 roses, and the carnations were small with no greenery to fill the spaces. The picture you show in the the showroom is not what was delivered. The arrangement looked so thin, not full. Disappointed with this order.
