I have not seen the arrangement but the recipient said it was absolutely beautiful. She also said she was looking forward to digging into the box of chocolates that accompanied it!
The selection was good. I sent these to a friend who loved the arrangement. She sent me a picture. She said she had never seen a flower bouquet that included chocolates. I am on social security and I thought the price I paid for the arrangement was rather expensive. That doesn't mean I won't order again from this company. Easy to check out and flowers were delivered within the time frame I wanted. Overall I'm pleased.

I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday on Friday morning for Saturday delivery in Austin TX. It did not happen and their solution was to deliver on Monday, HER BIRTHDAY WAS SUNDAY. We will see if they refund my money.

The person i aent these flowers to loved them!
The flowers were great, alive and well when opened the box, the foliage seemed to be a little crispy. Not a huge concern. My girlfriend was thrilled about them. But then found that ALL the godiva chocolates were melted in transit. That's not cool, literally! So I'm going to ask for a replacement box.
Delivered in time, flowers were beautiful. Recepient was very happy for the beautiful flowers. Congratulations balloon though was wrong - you sent graduation congratulations - it wasn't a graduation.

I panicked because that was the day it had to be there; too late to order again because it was after 3 pm so I had to order again & place order for today; I feel the $6.99 delivery charge should be waived. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
