Was a little skeptical choosing flowers picked by the florist, without being able to see them. They came out pretty good.
That was fast and easy. I didn't see the flowers but the recipient's description said they were yellow and white and didn't mention blue so it makes me wonder if the florist delivered a different arrangement. It would be really cool if a snapshot of the items is taken and sent to the purchaser so they can see what was provided. Extra service to guarantee satisfaction. :)

I felt like the bouquet I ordered mimicked the bouquet I picked online, however, with the price tag of $50, I felt the bouquet was a little pitiful. If it had been a $30 bouquet, it would have sufficed, but I was a little disappointed in the overall appearance of the flowers and the size of the bouquet. But the service was quick and easy and I appreciated the follow up.
My friend received the flowers that were in excellent shape & the price was right!
I know there is a disclaimer saying that items might be substituted but I was very disappointed to find that the pot the plant was in was not the hot pink one that was shown, but was instead a white pot.

The greatest JOY after delivery of the FROM YOU FLOWERS gift is when the receiver uses words like "GORGEOUS" "AWESOME" "LOVED"... in relation to the flowers selected. When the receiver sends a photo, the selection is either very close to what I picked or even more fabulous than pictured! This happens when the florist-creator puts their heart and soul into it.:)
