Beautiful flowers arrived on time and recipient sent me a picture with a thank you message!
Not very happy with the delivery arrangements and confusion of telephone contact for the recipient. I was requested to provide this information which I did. I received confirmation that this number had been sent to the relevant flower provider on Friday. On Saturday the day of requested delivery I had to contact you to enquire when the flowers would be delivered. They said they didn't have the relevant telephone number! After confirmation they stated that the flowers would be delivered by 4pm. They did arrive, and they are beautiful. My concern is that for a special celebration such as birthday, anniversary, i would have thought that the flowers would be delivered much earlier. Also that if I hadn't phoned to enquire where the flowers were, would they have beeen delivered at all.
Product to be delivered tomorrow so can't give more stars until then
Thank you for offering beautiful flowers. The flowers arrived for my granddaughters 16th birthday. She was happy with the flowers and excited. They were a mixture of colored roses. She was pleased and surprised.

One of the reasons I picked this site was because it said same day delivery and then after I ordered it they sent me a message saying they couldn't deliver at the same day, first-world problems ;) It was delivered the next morning and it was better than I expected it would be!
