This is my second order now and I'm satisfied with my experience overall. This was the first time I ordered a fruit and candy basket. The recipient told me the chocolate was a bit melted but everything looked good.

The flowers were not even close to what I ordered. I ordered deluxe how sweet it is and I got a small case with flowers that are not even in that bouquet.

This was for a 10 year olds birthday and she received yellow mums, which to me is a fall flower. I am very unhappy as her grand mother. I thought you would send something light and bright, tulips, daisies, something youthful. I would never trust you again JoAnn Schaeffer

I love this site! I'm even more confident after this order because the day before delivery I had to change the delivery address. I called and emailed. By the time I called the rep looked up my order and said the email had gone thru and a note had already been sent to the florist. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! THE GREETING CARD WAS PERFECT THE ARRANGEMENT WAS BEAUTIFUL! TEN STARS!

Process a placed order so it gets delivered on the day you picked instead of not at all.

Very good discount that I couldn't pass up through email. I was debating buying because of service and handling fee being expensive but they took that cost off! The flowers were beautiful too!
