I was disappointed in the arrangement my granddaughter received, I purposely chose flowers in a teacup since she is an avid tea drinker and I wanted her to have something to have long after the flowers die
A little confusing about delivery date. The funeral was in the morning on the 15th. The flowers would not get there in time so I put the service date as the 14th so they will get there on time.
Update: The flower arrangement was amazing! It was nicer than the picture. We were very pleased and impressed by it.

When I called yesterday to check the status I was hung up on the first time. The second time I was told they had been delivered and was the first stop of the day when I fact they were delivered at close of business after she had already left for the day so she didn't see them until this morning.

This is my second order now and I'm satisfied with my experience overall. This was the first time I ordered a fruit and candy basket. The recipient told me the chocolate was a bit melted but everything looked good.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
