We ordered the 'deluxe' option which was supposed to be in line with photo of flowers. Actual flowers delivered looked more like 'regular ' option. Although arrangement looked nice, we don't feel like we got what we paid for.

The website is user friendly with many options. The transaction was quickly done. I guess the real test will be the delivery time and the quality of the product. So if all goes well with the final that is (delivery and the presentation of the flowers) for sure the stars will move to 5.

Update: Today is 7/26/19, national Aunt Day, and of course, I sent my aunt some flowers. I live in Huntington Beach, and my aunt lives in Philadelphia. She called me when she got her flowers. She was so excited, and she raved about the flowers. She lives in an independent living facility. Someone had asked her if she was getting married because the flowers were so beautiful. Once again, FromYouFlowers did it again. I am a customer for life!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
