Update: My daughter-in-law sent a picture of the flowers she received and there should have been some sort of fill flower included. Nice choice of balloon though.

I was disappointed in the flowers. The water they came in was cloudy and had debris sunk to the bottom. It looked like the arrangement had been sitting around for a few days before it was delivered. I mean, have the decency to at least change the water before it's delivered!
I would like to be able to pick a time to have the flowers and products delivered. Allow for expected time of arrival to ensure someone is there to receive the product

Ordered sympathy flowers Friday night to the address of a family friend, come Saturday afternoon they reached out to say they really appreciated them. Initially I was hesitant to order because of negative reviews but I couldn't have been more pleased with how quickly and smoothly they delivered the flowers.

The shopping experience was easy. The flowers do not at all look like what I had ordered. These were for a birthday gift for my mother in law who absolutely loves flowers. Very disappointed with the price I payed for the flowers that were recieved. They were delivered on time and that part is appreciated.
