Advertised prices are cheaper than most. However, the service charges are higher and the same day delivery charge is deceiving when you read the add, which would imply to most that it is free

I was supposed to receive a customized vase and I didn't. Ups left the package downstairs it could've been lost or stolen. I called customer service, they said I would receive a confirmation email for a partial refund but I have yet to receive it. The flowers were nice and it was an overall easy process minus the few disappointments. Than you.

Your question about "Did you receive your order?" is confusing because I actually didn't receive. The person who I purchased it for received it.
The person who I sent to bouquet to had a picture taken of it. I thought there was going to be more flowers in it like the picture. It seemed as if more greens where added to the bouquet instead of flowers when I chose the next size larger arrangement.
The flowers were more beautiful than the picture. I will use your service again and tell my family and friends.
Disappointed that the price was $7 more then the first price stated $27.99. If you offer free shipping it should't affect the listed price. Shipping should never be 3/4ths of the price of the merchandise. $14.99 shipping on a $27.00 purchase is not good.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
