I am totally disappointed and embarrassed by the fruit basket that was delivered.
I will be sending an email with the pictures of the fruit and how it was received by our co-worker.
I do not accept this as acceptable service/product.
We paid for a fruit basket that we assumed would be editable. The bananas and some of the other fruit is too spoiled to be eaten.
I expect you to do whatever is needed to correct this as we did NOT receive the product you advertised and we agreed to buy.

The flowers looked squished together like they were silk flowers that had been stored with items on top of them. Maybe they were just blooming still...either way, I was pleased with the time of delivery and besides flowers looking bent, the arrangement was nice. Thank yoi!
Was easy to find and navigate the site. Flowers was just like the photo.
The only negative was that they were delivered a day earlier than I specified. Which had me nervous that they wouldn't still be fresh for the actual service day which was the 5th,and I requested they be delivered the 4th. They were actually delivered on the 3rd.

I LIKED THAT I MADE MY ORDER ON THE SAME DAY THE FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED. EXCEPT FOR THIS: The order was Flowers In Fields in Mason Jar. That's what I paid for and you delivered Flowers not in a MASON JAR SATURDAY 08/03/2019. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.
So disappointed, it did not match with the picture I ordered. Only few flowers only with no blue flowers accent & blue vase. Looks so cheap. You should be honest with your customers. Good the recipient sent me the picture.

The process fast and easy. Checking the status of the order was off the flower had been delivered but the status still said it was in the process of being delivered. Never the less it came at a great time. The processing fee was a little high I thought, but it kinda made up for the price of the flower. I checked 2 other flower sites and the price was much higher for the exact flower. I will use you all for future services.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
