Very disappointed
Some parts of the site was hard to navigate and I had to start over because the coupon the site wanted to apply wasn't the one I wanted to use and it was grayed out and it would let me change it, but once I did I was able to complete my order. The flowers arrived on time and were full, fresh and beautifully arrayed. I was very pleased.
I had to try placing the order 4 times. It kept resetting when clicking the place order button and kept receiving an error when clicking on the PayPal button for payment.
The recipient loved the flowers. They sent me a picture and they looked great, just like the website showed. The order was placed late in the evening for delivery the next day and they were delivered before lunch.
Overall, very satisfied with my purchase, but the website issues need to be addressed.

The second order which was sent to my husband arrived at 8:30 A.M. on Saturday, the 24th. The arrangement was lovely, flowers very fresh and lush. I am pleased with the florist shop that did the arranging for me.
My only complaint is the shipping cost is too expensive.
Needed same day service and you really came through. Flowers were delivered in a matter of hours.
I need these delivered today between 7am and 2pm EST. Imperative.
