Everything was good except when I got check out and found a $14.99 handling fee that was not mentioned at all prior. I did, however, purchase the sympathy basket and probably will again.
Quick and easy to order especially as I was ordering from overseas, the flowers were for my family as sadly my aunt had died, I only saw a photo of them they looked lovely and were delivered promptly
