Great experience, best rates that I've found overall. They really helped by changing the delivery date and tried their best to get an someone at the sight to answer so that they would be able to deliver there, but was unable to. Finally we were able to get a reply, beings that it was a church and there was rarely someone to answer the phones during the week. What an awesome company to order from.
Had to order some last minute flowers and was very happy with how they came out for the price and the speed it took to get to the destination!

Handling charge came as a surprise. Seems excessive. Have never received a flower delivery for my wife in a box that we had to assemble. Could have gone to Kroger's and gotten better arrangement for 1/3 the price. Really was disappointed. My Wife said it was the thought that counted, I don't agree. Oh Yes the card was TYPED IN LETTERS SO SMALL, that she needed her reading glasses to see what it said. A little hand written calligraphy wouldn't cost that much would it. My 62nd wedding anniversary floral arrangement was a flop. Never Again. James Humlick

The internet process was easy but what I ordered & what was delivered was 2different things. I ordered rainbow color roses & got pink & red. Not happy at all.
The shopping experience was a great one. I would definitely do it again.
