Everything was fine except for the candy & ballon. The candy was saturated with ants & the balloon was deflated. This was a surprise gift for my mom birthday & I'm very disappointed!
This was my first time ordering from you.
As a suggestion, you should package the candly more securely & make sure the balloons have enough air in them before sending out for delivery.

Sent a beautiful bouquet to my sister. It arrived when promised and I couldn't be more pleased.
It's hard to edit once it's in the cart. Had to reduce and take things out and go back and add. Making it very time consuming. Be easier if you can edit from cart.

Hidden handling charges not shared in regular price, Would have paid price but did not appreciate the bait and switch. Supposed to be one day delivery but it was delivered the next day. The company did not share this with me I had to reach out to find out why it wasn't delivered. The bouquet seemed smaller than advertised. Customer Service stated they would send a larger bouquet because of delay, they did not. The refund for delay was not what was promised. Card was just a printed piece of paper and they printed the wrong message which made no sense. Overall poor experience. The only positives were the flower seem healthy and are the correct ones ordered.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
