My only complaint is that you pay extra for a guaranteed delivery time and since they deal with local florists they cannot honor the delivery time. I have not been reimbursed when they missed the delivery time.
We like the convinces we didn't remember to order flower earlier in the week. This was great and simple way to order what we needed. It was a great site to use and had what we want at a great price.

My aunt called me last night, and she was absolutely thrilled with her flowers. To quote her 'the arrangement was so huge I split it in three. Now I have flowers all over my apartment.' Thank you from both of us.
Con: Checking out was difficult, because it wouldn't reflect the free shipping code in the final page until I re-did it several times. Pros: Flowers were delivered timely same day. Recipients very happy, made their day! Pretty arrangement.
Super user friendly
I have never had an issue with anything I have ordered from you, however the planter I recently purchased looked nothing like the one shown on your site. The butterfly was white, not colorful like the one shown, and the container itself was pink and orange. One of the reasons I ordered that particular planter was the unique pot, and the pretty butterfly. This was for a funeral of a 24 year old young lady. Inappropriate choice of colors. I was very disappointed. It certainly was not worth the $70 I paid for it.
