It was fairly simple to order. I felt like the advertisment for flowers at 19.99 was a little misleading since I had to order $34 worth of flowers. These were sent as a gift so I don't know what they looked like.

Overall a good experience, however, the bouquet looked a lot larger on the website than in reality, the bow was placed in the arrangement rather than around the vase, so I was just a little disappointed in the the way it looked. My aunt passed away within hours of receiving the flowers, and purple was her favorite, so I wanted them to look as they did online.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
