These flowers were for a birthday and to be delivered to my girlfriend's office. By about 2:30 they had not shown up and my girlfriend contacted me to let me know she had to leave the office at 4:00 today. I contacted customer service and they got the flowers delivered with just minutes to spare.
Now, when a lady gets flowers delivered to her office she likes to receive them in the morning so she can show them off (and brag) all day. Sneaking them in under the wire lets a lot of air out of her sails. I am now going to have to work a bit to make this up to her.
As for delivery time I'm afraid you get a low mark (at least you didn't fail). As for the flowers you do get an "A". Try to get office deliveries out in the mornings to make everyone happy next time.

I ordered around 10-11am and it wasn't delivered til 6pm and I had to drive and meet the delivery people to pick up the order. It wasn't delivered to my wife as it was suppose to be at the front door the point of the surprise. Had I known i would've went And got them myself, package was very undersized than what it looked like online I will not be ordering again and wouldn't recommend. Wish I could get my money back and return product.
