Twice I have ordered flowers from the site and both times my wife was called to let her know they were coming completely ruined the surprise and both times my order was delivered the following day after checking out with a guaranteed same day delivery.
No ones perfect but for Christ sake contact the buyer/sender for issues and questions not the recipient.

I ordered flowers for my daughter-in-law as she was about to deliver her first baby. The reason I had ordered the bouquet I did was because there was to be a sunflower in it. My daughter-in-law had had a sunflower-themed baby shower, and I liked the continuity of this theme in the bouquet. A sunflower was in the photo shown, and it was one of the flowers listed beneath the photo. There was no sunflower in the bouquet when it arrived. It didn't ruin anyone's day; I'm just less confident of what might arrive should I order from your business again.
I really wanted to send sympathy flowers and I had just spent most of my paycheck as this death was unexpected. I went online and you were the first company I found and you had the best price and a beautiful selection. I was able to send flowers of quality that looked good at a price I could afford and I even got a $10 discount. I also liked that delivery came with a sympathy card and I could write my own sentiments. I would definitely select you in the future and I did recommend you to someone. Thanks for being affordable!

I ordered flowers for same day delivery before 9am. They were not delivered same day. I was refunded the extra fee I paid but it was very disappointing because it was a family members birthday.
I appreciate the quick response to my order - just did not appreciate having to pay $10 more on sale item because of location in the city.
Shipping and handling almost as much as flowers...a bit pricey!
