The day my the flowers were supposed to be delivered they called me and said they didn't have the flowers I ordered and sent something else when I seen the flowers I was very disappointed cause they were not nothing like what I ordered! Not happy with them.

Flower order confirmed several days ahead of schedule. Told it was a mistake when I called. When the order did arrive, late in the day on the birthday, it was not nearly as nice or colorful as what was pictured on the site.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
