Overall a big disappointment. The flowers I received were already wilting the day they were delivered, the roses had brown on the edges. The flowers I ordered for a young lady's birthday we're supposed to be in the shape of a birthday cake. Nothing was mentioned when I ordered them that they could not do that arrangement. The day Before they were to be delivered to the young lady, I received a phone call saying they could not do the birthday cake arrangement but they would do one of equal value. I have no idea what it looked like and don't know if it is something I would have picked. Will not use the service again.

When I made the order, the discount offered was reflected in the total (including shipping, etc.) until it was time to pay. Then the discount had been removed from the total. Either your site has an error, or this is a manipulative practice to get people to spend more. I'm hoping it was the former and not the latter. I had to stop my order, sift through my emails to find the discount code, and run the order through again. The second time, the discount was not removed. Please fix this problem, because even now I'm still concerned that I may have been charged more than what was reflected as my total.
Other than that, my friend who I sent the flowers to sent me a photo of the flowers, and they look like what I ordered, so I'm satisfied with the quality of the product.
