I actually ordered two of the same floral arrangement for two different friends. One of them was very nice & just what expected. However, the other was not as nice; a bit sparse of flowers. I was a little disappointed with this second one.

The flowers that I thought I was purchasing was a full bouquet. When my Aunt sent me a picture of the order, I was hugely disappointed. There was a few stalks of purple irises and a few tulips that she had to place in the vase. I was under the impression that this would be freshly made and deliver from a florist, not something shipped in a box. Will not pay $104 again for your service!

Ordered premium size arrangement of "Pretty Please ". Very small with one rose, handful of daisies, and greenery.
The flowers I ordered were completely different, no sunflowers as pictured. Tthe vase was a Campbell soup mug instead of clear glass.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
